Start on FACEIT
Sign in to your official FACEIT account and open the verification section in settings.

If you picked document capture, scan your ID. When processing is done, the verified badge is yours.
CAN’T PASS
Most failed attempts come down to a handful of causes. Here’s how to fix the common ones — if you’re still stuck, reach official FACEIT support.
Document rejected
Use an original, in-date, government ID. Lay it flat, fill the frame, avoid glare, and make sure every corner and all text are readable.
Face check keeps failing
Find even, front-on lighting. Remove hats, glasses and masks, hold the phone steady at eye level, and follow the on-screen movement prompts slowly.
Not available in my region
Availability can vary by country and roll out in stages. Check FACEIT’s announcements and try again later; don’t use a VPN to fake your location.
Phone number already in use
A number can usually be tied to one account. Remove it from the old account or use a different valid number you control.
Stuck “in review”
Some checks need a short manual review. Give it time before retrying, and avoid submitting repeatedly — that can slow things down.
Name or age mismatch
The details on your ID should match your account. Correct your profile info first, then run verification again.

Only ever verify on the official FACEIT website. Real verification is handled inside your FACEIT account by their identity partner — it will never ask you to upload your ID or selfie to an unrelated third-party domain.

- When in doubt, type the address yourself instead of clicking links from chat or ads.
